Current mood: accomplished

YAY!
Hurrah! The year's hard work is over. Today, I was awarded my Masters' degree in Creative Writing! I feel very strange, actually. Can't sit still and am really excited. Went out and got rather drunk, which I shall no doubt pay for with a hangover because I am usually teetotal - or good as. Still, if a girl can't celebrate at a time like this, then when can she? Now maybe I can start doing some writing again! I may have to do my PhD next - I fancy being Dr McKenna!

Well, I haven't been able to get all of the tests and such I need together in time to apply for grad schools this year (since the deadline for most of them is January or so), so I'm probably going to work for a year (provided I can find a job, and you know how much fun hunting for those are *laughs*) and apply for the next year. Which, is slightly frustrating, but ah well. Damn deadlines, eh?

Oh yeah, I know how much fun job hunting is! I am looking for something in the summer because I don't get paid a regular salary. Oh joy! Still, I suppose your working for a year won't be such a bad thing - you can save some money and get some more experience - which of course, employers like.

I don't know about in the US but some employers here seem to prefer experience over qualifications, which is frustrating. So work, girl, work!

You mentioned something about getting back into writing and I would personally love to see that. I'm dying to know how Resurrection is going to turn out and I'd love to see more of Remus and Bill's adventures in The Book of Love. Maybe now that you've attained your degree, you can find some leisure time to return to these wonderful stories. :-)

I also have a birthday coming up next month and would love it if you would consider writing a fic for me as a gift. :-)

Yep, I'm going to have to go back and read what I've written, because I've pretty much forgotten :-)

I think I'm going to have to go back and read the two stories, too, or else I might be lost when you start posting new chapters. :-)

Let's see, I want a smut fic, of course! A bit of angst because you're so good at it and I love reading it. How's about either Remus/Sirius, Remus/Harry, or Remus/Severus - notice a theme there? Have it be one of those pairings getting together after something monumental - for example, Remus/Sirius making love for the first time post Azkaban, or one of the other two pairings having sex after Sirius falls behind the Veil.
