I'm a writer and have a First class honours degree and a Master's degree in Creative Writing. I am now a lecturer at my local uni in the same subject, and love my job immensely. I'm separated, have two grown up kids, Andy, and Kat. I live in Luton, England but am originally a Cockerney sparra and still miss my London roots. If I ever make enough money from my writing, I'd like to go back there to live.
I love to read, and enjoy contemporary literature. I'm very into erotica at the moment, especially the transgressive kind; my Master's project was a novel that explored brother/sister incest. Pushing back boundaries is my writing agenda these days. I also love horror and some fantasy (esp Lord of the Rings).
I enjoy listening to music, and my taste is very varied, from Evanesence to Tibetan meditation. I'm a very good listener, empathetic and caring. I am very into the occult (not in a bad way!) and I suppose I would call myself a wiccan shaman, although my beliefs are eclectic.
